A soft and fudgy vanilla blondie filled with white chocolate chips and topped with dulce de leche buttercream and even more white chocolate chips. Served with a spork for easy/convenient consumption

**Blondies can be frozen and dethawed on counter/in fridge or kept refrigerated until morning of. Allow to sit for a few hours to warm up before serving.
